This design features Otaku News Mascot Elfie, dressed as a Shinsengumi, samurai police from the late shogunate period. The artwork is by the incredibly talented Gigi. This t-shirt design debuted at US Convention Animazement and generated a lot of interest, originally this design was going to only be exclusively used by Otaku News contributors, however considering how popular it proved, not only with anime fans, but with random passers by we encountered we had to release it as t-shirt! ^_^
